When ever someone thinks about ice and the current presidential administration. Some say that ice is doing a great job. While others say ice is doing a horrific job. I believe that ice and its current administration is doing a terrible job and affecting the lives of so many people living in the united states especially the Hispanic community. The way that ice and it’s administration treats Hispanics are terrible. They treat us like we are criminals. Ice hurt Hispanic people all the time. The videos that show how they slam and hurt the bodies of Hispanic people. They hurt them very bad until they bruise or until they limbs are broken. Ice only don’t go for Hispanic people. They even go for united states citizens. Nobody is safe when ice is around. There are multiple articles based on ice harassing united states citizens. Some united states citizens were murdered in cold blood due to ice and its disgraceful ways of doing what they want. On January 7, 2026 thirty seven year old American women Renee Nicole Good who was shot and killed by an ice agent named Johnathan Ross. That day was very controversial in the united states because it sparked debates based on her actions on that day. Many claim that she tried to hit ice agents to evade and escape them. While others say she just tried to leave the area without hurting any ice agents. Their are multiple photos and videos showing different point of views on this very serious situation. When Renee Nicole Good was trying to evade the ice agents and ice agent Johnathan Ross shot Renee Nicole in the head and it was a fatal blow. This is why many people don’t stop for ice at all. Their brute tactics harm the people they are looking for. The current administration defend these actions by saying its self defense or they felt threatened. That’s how most people and Hispanic people feel when ever they see a ice agent walking in the streets. When some people say that illegal immigrants should try to go through the legal process, so many people have already probably tried that already but have been unsuccessful. Some people believe that they get racially profiled and that’s why they aren’t able to gain united states citizenship. Most of illegal immigrants come to the united states for a better future for their family or to gain money so they can give to their families in different countries. That’s why my parents came to the united states. As a person who was born and lived his whole life in the united states I believe that ice and it’s current administration is doing a terrible way of handling their situations. Most of the majority of immigrants are here to grow not to cause harm. In my opinion, These ice raids and captures are based on racial discrimination because some people really believe that one race is better than the other. But in the end we all bleed the same blood, we cry the same tears, we all express emotions the same as others. It is not a crime to exist.
