Lighting Design for the Stage Slides

by REBECCA COLLIER|Published May 27, 2021

This presentation introduces students to the four purposes of lighting design: to illuminate the state, set the mood, and, in some cases, create the actual set design. Examples from current B’Way shows are given, and the students will also learn about the process a professional set designer goes through.
