  • Leads tours of Fountain House for various donors, visitors, and politicians, including NYC Mayor Eric Adams, NYC Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, and New York Congressman Jerry Nadler
  • Maintains and troubleshoots the Fountain House intranet (intranet.fountainhouse.org) and community website (fountaindaily.com)
  • Manages IT support ticketing system for Fountain House members and staff
  • Instructs and supports members of the community with 3D printing, 3D modeling, and digital literacy, including tablet, computer, and phone support
  • Admin for Fountain House’s Azure Active Directory, Zoom, and Slack
  • Presents on Fountain House model to a variety of audiences and stakeholders
  • Participates in several decision-making forums that affect the day-to-day program including COVID protocols, general programming, and digital accessibility
