									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The best practice for working with families in this module is doing a phase in interview before having the child go into the center to get to know the family and the child a little more. This helps the teachers understand what the child likes and does´t like. This also helps the parents to get to know their child´s caregiver</p>
