I feel that in a few years a lot of in-person duty jobs will be placed with outsourcing roles. Yes, it will create more jobs but, elsewhere. Most corporation outsources their IT department in places like India of the cost of dollars over there.</p>

I do agree with the cost of outsourcing an HR professional but I think it is better to have an in-house HR professional instead cause of the 1 on 1 session. As an employee, you can seek more sympathy and comfort when someone is in front of you.</p>

However, when dealing with union-based workers you&#8217;re trying to compensate for everyone&#8217;s needs and it can be difficult! I look at a union as an HR professional on steroids.</p>
