									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The best practice I learned it&#8217;s always good to communicate with the family and talk to them about what they did throughout the week so you can have that conversation with the child. Engage in conversation with a child and have him talk to you about what&#8217;s going on so they can feel comfortable with you.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The best practices I learned is that we always talk about women in the baby&#8217;s life and we never talk about the men and we should talk about the men more because they are very important in the child&#8217;s life. And sometimes there is just men in the child&#8217;s life I&#8217;m not the woman. We need to talk about more goals and not just one.</p>

You can let the parent know what&#8217;s going on and what the child needs help in more. I also learned that teachers also have different ways of doing different methods on ordinary practices and  reinforce.</p>
