Art is like the emblem of soul speech. It always exudes contents which is always hard to express through words. This image was made by a street artist so the isn’t known, however I have attached the link which will assist in giving answers to what you may want. I really like this art; it displays delicately a moment during which Americans had it tough. It depicts a time when Americans were battling for rights and the end of police Brutality. Of course, not all police officers react or settle issues as badly as in the case of George Floyd, however that is the stigma that has been branded to the cops. The people really are not to blame, the number of cases with such similarities is overwhelming. The image, this art has a deep meaning and a revolutionary story behind it. A very impactful message that draws attention wherever.
Hello Salima,
I really enjoyed reading into your art work finding. Understanding what it really means to fight for what’s right was automatically one thing that jumped out at me. I also believe that though not every case may be like George Floyds minimizing cases that may be similar is the ultimate goal to an approach for a much more balenced future.
Hello Salima,
This is powerful and utterly powerful. I think oftentimes we feel that it is easier to just turn the other cheek but there are battles worth fighting, and justice, equality and peace for all is one of those. There are ways to partake in activism and art is one of those ways, in which a plethora of people can be reached.
Thank you!
I like art that is done by someone anonymous still leaving a powerful message behind. When you think back on the BLM Movement , Roits in 2020 in many places there was no peace. The number of cases is overwhelming some what we a are in more of a peaceful time. Still cant forget about the ones who have died to police Brutality and not get real justice served.
