2 Roving wiretaps seem to\u00a0violate\u00a0the Fourth Amendment\u00a0as\u00a0they\u00a0allow\u00a0the government\u00a0to wiretap\u00a0multiple\u00a0devices of an individual without\u00a0naming\u00a0which one. The Fourth Amendment requires warrants by name, and this type of eavesdropping circumvents that.
3 Sneak and Peek warrants are also a\u00a0breach of the\u00a0Fourth Amendment. They allow the government to enter\u00a0one’s\u00a0house\u00a0without\u00a0notifying\u00a0the person\u00a0right away.
