Kurtzman, where the Supreme Court created the Lemon test to determine if a law or government action that might support a specific religious practice should be allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes, burning the U.S. flag is protected by the First Amendment since it is viewed as a type of symbolic speech. The text mentions that \u201cin 1989, the Supreme Court decided in Texas v. Johnson (a case involving an individual who was arrested for igniting a U.S. flag that another protester had pulled down from a flagpole) that flag burning is a form of symbolic speech protected by the First Amendment, and they deemed the law regarding flag desecration unconstitutional.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
