Dukes case, the Supreme Court ruled that the class-action suit could not continue because the plaintiffs could not show that they had enough in common in order to consider it as a class-action (based on class-action requirements). The Supreme Court highlighted that the plaintiffs did not have enough proof to show that there was discrimination.
