The establishment clause helps to protect one&#8217;s own religious belief from the government. i understand that the lemon test was used to make sure that the religious practices were legal and allowed to continue. It makes sure that the religion serves its purpose. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes the burning flag is protected by the first amendment.
