Final project \u2013 step 2: storyboard walk cycle<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Subject<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Create a storyboard for your walk cycle<\/strong>. You should use a\u00a0single\u00a0view of your character (i.e: walking profile) (otherwise, you will have to create more animated versions of it), but \u00a0instead of revealing the entire scene\/character at once, use\u00a0different shot types<\/strong>\u00a0to focus the viewer\u2019s attention on different details (i.e: the character\u2019s jewelry, blinking eyes, its tail, a part of the background, a prop etc.). You should also include a\u00a0title and credits<\/strong>\u00a0(signal any movement of the text in the panel). Use the\u00a0captions<\/strong>\u00a0to write down\u00a0audio elements<\/strong>\u00a0(sound effects, music cues, voice over etc.). Don\u2019t forget to indicate any\u00a0movement within the frame<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0camera movement<\/strong>\u00a0with arrows.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Format<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The storyboard should be created on\u00a0paper<\/strong>\u00a0(or on a tablet). Print (or recreate)\u00a0this template<\/strong><\/a>. If you decide to use a different template\/create your own, make sure that there are 6 panels per page and that they abide to the HD aspect ration (16:9). Scan, export or take a photo of your storyboard to turn it into a digital file (JPG or PDF<\/strong>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Submission<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Create a new post on your Open Lab portfolio. Your post should include your\u00a0storyboard<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0as well as a\u00a0short description<\/strong>\u00a0(reflections on your process, challenges, goals etc. are also welcome).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
