You will start by creating a storyboard to plan your sequence. Use Adobe Animate to make an animation between 10 and 30 seconds long. Use tweens to animated properties like position, size, color, opacity and others. The animation should have a beginning, middle and end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Storyboard template: <a href=\"\/mmp100-resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4545\/2026\/05\/storyboard.pdf\">PDF<\/a> and <a href=\"\/mmp100-resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4545\/2026\/05\/storyboard.jpg\">JPG<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upload the following to Brightspace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Adobe Animate project file (.fla)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an Open Lab post with the MP4 file embedded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Project statement&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project title&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semester and year created&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software and\/or languages used&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 sentence description of your creative and technical process. For example: What emotion did you decide to&nbsp;animate? Why did you choose these colors\/shapes? How did you approach pacing\/timing? What was the most challenging part of the project and how did you solve it? etc.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Story board file(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rubric<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Criteria&nbsp;<\/td><td>Description<\/td><td>Criterion Score&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Animation&nbsp;<\/td><td>The final animation has a clear theme, uses good composition and design, and tells a clear story.&nbsp;<\/td><td>20<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Edit file&nbsp;<\/td><td>The animation edit file shows proper organization and&nbsp;demonstrates&nbsp;use&nbsp;of keyframes, layers,&nbsp;tweens&nbsp;and other properties.&nbsp;<\/td><td>10&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Documentation&nbsp;<\/td><td>Documentation including images and\/or video is included in the post. The media is the correct format,&nbsp;size&nbsp;and length.
