I used circles and a limited color palette of light yellow and light blue to visually show tension building over time. The animation starts with the text <strong>\u201cbreathe in\u201d<\/strong> as the shapes slowly expand, then intensifies and becomes chaotic, reflecting rising stress, and finally resolves with the text <strong>\u201cbreathe out\u201d<\/strong> as the shapes collapse and fade.
