									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I agree with you on the fact that not everything has to be reported. which is why it is very helpful that they&#8217;re other lines you can call such as 211 and 311 or even the crisis hotline so that police are giving more leeway to deal with more emergent cases.</p>
