									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Reading this article made me aware of that communities need to understand what 911 is called for, and not just the basic of which everyone knows, but to go deep into it because I was shocked when reading this article that most of the call that 911. call takers  received aren&#8217;t calls where crimes is actually being committed. Like the article stated to reduce violence, you know need the Police, DA, people that work in many of the governmental institutions to be on board and come up with plan.
