For example, it could be a project that combined laser cutting with physical computing, or 3D modelling with laser cutting.<\/p>\n<p>Your project could be a new character or model that complements the character you have already created., or it could be something entirely new. You may want to make something functional, like a lamp that consists of an array of LEDs inside of a 3D printed case you design.<\/p>\n<p>Start thinking of what you might want to make at the beginning of the semester. It will\u00a0 likely change a great deal, but keep writing down and sketching your ideas thoughout the course.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements for the final will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sketches<\/li>\n<li>A project proposal<\/li>\n<li>A written step by step description of how you will accomplish the project<\/li>\n<li>A prototype of the project in paper or an appropriate material<\/li>\n<li>Documentation of the completed project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/12CgIPeXXvv80mRjK6TjfKMo9I0gp5PA9hg6HrG0AXpw\/edit?usp=sharing\">Grading Rubric<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The final project should combines at least 2 of the areas we have covered in course.
