Hyrox will be in collaboration with Cape Mental Health to raise awareness about Mental health among all Adults.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hyrox<\/strong> and Organizers have decided to have a 2-day event that would include a day of exercise and for all entries to participate in this event proceeds will be donated to <strong>Cape Health<\/strong>. As many might not be familiar with Hyrox we are a global fitness race for every BODY! &#8220;Around the world athletes compete in the same race, on the same course and each event will host up to 3,000 participants. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout repeated 8 times.
