Use the levels of oppression outlined in my post &#8220;Thoughts on Discussion 4&#8221; under announcements, and below, to discuss how patriarchy might work at each level and how those levels influence one another. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Levels of Oppresion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image wp-duotone-8c00b7-fcff41-2\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-medium is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu\/gws-100-1700-spring-22\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2149\/2022\/02\/four-levels-of-racism-300x275.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-616\" width=\"308\" height=\"282\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Personal \u2013&nbsp;<\/strong>Feelings, thoughts, beliefs about others and attitudes about differences (conscious and intentional or unconscious and unintentional).<\/li><li><strong>Interpersonal<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Language, action, and behaviors.<\/li><li><strong>Institutional<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Rules, policies, practices and procedures, both written and unwritten, that an organization has that function to intentionally or unintentionally, advantage some individuals and disadvantage others.<\/li><li><strong>Cultural\/Structural<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 What is considered \u201ctrue,\u201d \u201cright,\u201d \u201cnormal,\u201d and \u201cbeautiful.\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Format Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Due:&nbsp;<strong>Wednesday March 2, 11:59 pm.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li>Written in complete, well-formed sentences &amp; carefully proofread<\/li><li>Engaged with the assigned text by explicitly referring to and\/or citing them<\/li><li><strong>400-600 words<\/strong>.
