| This international collaborative research project aims to increase understanding of the importance of developing effective mentoring strategies and strengthening institutional support to address the needs of men working in early childhood education settings, from 3K through second grade, across diverse cultures and contexts. |
We use an online survey to collect data from men working in ECEC and garner perspectives to strengthen gender-mixed teams in 3K-2nd-Grade settings. It takes less than 20 minutes to complete the survey. No personal-identifying information will be collected when you submit your answers. Participation in the study is completely voluntary, and it involves no cost to join. To view the survey, please click on this link
