This is a practical 10-question multiple-choice quiz in which students must match literary terms to quotes from literary works. The quiz will be available from 9:00 a.m. Monday, February 21 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, Februart 27.. Quiz must be taken in one setting, and students have 90 minutes in which to complete it. This quiz will include “Araby,” so be sure to complete this reading before taking the quiz. Study materials for this quiz can be found in Activity 4 on the Week 4 page.

In this class, you will be developing one single research essay over the course of the 15-week semester. We will be working on this project step by step.

All essays in this class must adhere to MLA format. Before submitting any written work, please review the following guides to formatting. Only correctly formatted essays will be eligible for a grade of A. There will be a quiz on format next week.
