This is a practical 10-question multiple-choice quiz in which students must match literary terms to quotes from literary works. The quiz will be available from 9:00 a.m. Monday, September 19 to\u00a0 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25. Quiz must be taken in one setting, and students have 90 minutes in which to complete it. This quiz will include “Araby,” so be sure to complete this reading before taking the quiz.<\/em> Study materials for this quiz can be found in Activity 4 on the Week 4 page.<\/p>\n

Essay Introduction due: Sunday, October 2, 11:59 p.m.<\/p>\n

In this class, you will be developing one single research essay<\/em> over the course of the 15-week semester. The essay will focus on one<\/em><\/strong> of the four stories from weeks 2 through 5. We will be working on this project step by step.<\/p>\n
