I am Professor Reich-Shapiro and I\u2019m looking forward to a an exciting semester with you as we virtually explore how to create developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum for young children that integrates literacy and creative arts into every aspect of learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This semester, we are going to be using both&nbsp;<strong>BMCC Open Lab<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Blackboard<\/strong>&nbsp;for different purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weekly Assignments and Readings\u00a0will be posted on BMCC Open Lab. This will be our virtual meeting space in addition to our Zoom meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Culturally Responsive Teaching Essay, \u00a0Learning Environments Project, and Curriculum Web.
