In addition to providing a new, global dimension to a course, COIL allows for hands-on practice of various skills, including communication, teamwork, interpersonal, digital literacy and problem-solving skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In order to better position COIL as a tool for career readiness, the Office of Internships and Experiential Learning has developed an assessment tool for students participating in a COIL project.
