Our Unit 2 Assignment<\/strong> will apply students’ understanding of the purpose and process of building a SWOT Analysis. Instead of finding a business to evaluate, students will look internally and perform a SWOT analysis on themselves! Then, classmates will view each others’ SWOT analysis and provide feedback and comments, where they are encouraged to note similarities.<\/p>\n

Here are the steps students should take to complete this assignment:<\/p>\n

  1. Watch this video from MindTools<\/strong><\/a><\/span> about creating a personal SWOT and read the article that accompanies the video.

  2. Click <\/span>here<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to access an editable PDF (or <\/span>here<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to download it) that you can populate with your own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

  3. Save your completed SWOT analysis and add your full name to the file. Then, follow <\/span>this guide<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to create a new post, and add in your assignment so that classmates can view and comment on your submission. Select \u201cSWOT Assignment\u201d as the Category. All submissions will populate under the Student Work<\/strong>\u00a0menu item (Student Work > SWOT<\/strong><\/a><\/span>). Students should review others\u2019 submissions and comment meaningfully (refer to\u00a0this guide from MMSU<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for reference) to at least two other students. For reference, here is\u00a0the difference between a comment and a post<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u2014 you will be using both for this assignment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
