Instead of finding a business to evaluate, students will look internally and perform a SWOT analysis on themselves! Then, classmates will view each others&#8217; SWOT analysis and provide feedback and comments, where they are encouraged to note similarities.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the steps students should take to complete this assignment:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Watch <span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindtools.com\/pages\/article\/newTMC_05_1.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>this video from MindTools<\/strong><\/a><\/span> about creating a personal SWOT and read the article that accompanies the video.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: inherit\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Click <\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindtools.com\/worksheets\/Personal_SWOT_Analysis_Worksheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit\"> to access an editable PDF (or <\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu\/bus311-1801-hr-management-professor-buckler-spring-2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/506\/2020\/08\/Personal-SWOT-Analysis-Worksheet.pdf\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit\"> to download it) that you can populate with your own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff\">. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Save your completed SWOT analysis and add your full name to the file. Then, follow <\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/18Wallqbh48h6ozK2dxxJQd_fV7bgkkCs5dzcUSj4zvk\/edit#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this guide<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit\"> to create a new post, and add in your assignment so that classmates can view and comment on your submission. Select \u201cSWOT Assignment\u201d as the Category.
