In this unit, we will explore how organizations make decisions about how to attract talent, how to select talent, and how to plan for future talent needs. We will talk about our own experiences in the job search process, and will work on crafting our own application materials so that we can set ourselves apart in the interview process.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080\">As a reminder, we will have a LIVE CLASS SESSION via Zoom on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Wednesday, September 23rd from 7:20pm &#8211; 8:35pm ET.<\/span> Attendance is mandatory.
