Our Segment H Assignment<\/strong> will build on our newfound understanding of the importance of employee engagement and the challenges organizations face in retaining employees, especially younger employees. We will examine an example of a disengaged employee, and determine how an organization might prevent that employee from leaving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
