There are several aspects of HR we will identify and discuss: staffing, training and professional development, safety, benefits &amp; compensation, diversity &amp; inclusion, and employee and labor relations \u2014 we already learned a bit about employee relations when we discussed <strong>Ethics<\/strong> earlier in the semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>Unit 13: Motivating Employees<\/strong> we will explore the psychology behind human behavior and motivation. We will identify the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and discuss the positives and limitations of each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the Segment H links in our <a href=\"https:\/\/openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu\/bus-104-e052-intro-to-business-professor-buckler-summer-2022\/about-this-class\/schedule\/\"><strong>Course Schedule<\/strong><\/a> to access our Course Materials and Assignments for this unit.
