We will learn about the three levels of management \u2014 top, middle, and first-line \u2014 and discuss the technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills managers need to be effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>Unit 11: Operations Management<\/strong>, we will explore this core component of every organization. Regardless of for-profit or not-for-profit status, size of the organization, and type of product or service sold, each organization aims to do things as efficiently and as effectively as possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the Segment G links in our <a href=\"https:\/\/openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu\/bus-104-e052-intro-to-business-professor-buckler-summer-2022\/about-this-class\/schedule\/\"><strong>Course Schedule<\/strong><\/a> to access our Course Materials and Assignments for this unit.
