We will examine an example of a disengaged employee, and determine how an organization might prevent that employee from leaving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the steps students should take to complete this assignment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Read <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu\/bus-104-b050-intro-to-business-professor-buckler-spring-2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1896\/2021\/11\/A-Case-of-Disengagement.pdf\">this Case Study<\/a><\/strong> and think about how you might feel in Harper&#8217;s shoes.<br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/span><\/li><li>Read this article, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zippia.com\/employer\/8-effective-employee-retention-strategies\/\">Eight Effective Retention Strategies<\/a><\/strong><sup>1<\/sup>, and determine which might work best in Harper&#8217;s situation.<br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/span><\/li><li>Follow\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/18Wallqbh48h6ozK2dxxJQd_fV7bgkkCs5dzcUSj4zvk\/edit#\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>this guide<\/strong><\/a> to create a new post and include your responses to the following questions.
