Paul Linzer. He is an Austrian military captain in a fictional 1900&#8217;s Europe. I wanted to base a character on Roy Mustang from Full Metal Alchemist but if he had the personality and traits of Aang from Avatar. He might be military but he is more a &#8216;do my own thing&#8217; kinda guy. After being hurt in a accident he is placed on leave from the military and sent on a secret mission.
